We do not upcharge for Pet waste stations. The business owner will simply pay for the cost of the station. We do, however, charge a small installation fee for Pet waste stations.
The maintenance of a station is FREE with recurring common area cleaning or scooping service. This includes refilling bags and discarding garbage.
Common area cleaning or poop scooping rates depend on 2 things:
1. Sq Ft of the property scooped.
2. The frequency you would like us to service the property. We offer Monthly, Biweekly, Weekly, or Twice-a-Week service frequencies.
