FetchAndFlush operates year-round, including winter months. In snowy conditions, we can typically still perform our services. If extreme weather prevents us from scooping, we will return to clean your yard as soon as conditions permit.

We prioritize the safety of our clients and their pets. Our protocol includes disinfecting all equipment and footwear between yards using a kennel-grade solution to prevent germ spread. We also document gate closure with photos after each service to ensure pet containment.

Our service plans begin at $60 per month. The final cost depends on yard size, service frequency, and the number of dogs. Most clients' monthly fees range from $95 to $135.

We appreciate tips for our service providers. Clients can conveniently add a tip through their online portal if they wish to do so.

We operate on a contract-free basis. Clients have the flexibility to start, pause, or cancel their subscription at any time through their customer portal.

Our team handles waste disposal by double bagging the collected waste and placing it in your designated trash can or neatly beside your house.

We are comfortable working with dogs present in the yard. However, we request that dogs with aggressive tendencies or those prone to escaping be kept indoors during our service for safety reasons.

We accommodate specific day requests when possible. However, availability may be limited as we schedule cleanups by zip code to optimize efficiency. We will work with you to find a suitable day for your service.

To maintain cost-effectiveness, we do not provide specific arrival times. Our routes are optimized nightly for efficiency. However, we send a notification via text or email on the day of service to alert you of our impending arrival.
